Gaza Soup Kitchen
“My name is Hani Almadhoun, and I've seen firsthand what it's like for family and friends in Gaza to suffer from hunger due to the blockade. This personal experience opened my eyes to the dire situation we face every day. It's why we couldn't stay idle. We are proud to serve the resilient communities of Gaza through our network of kitchens, providing daily hot meals and clean drinking water to those in need. Each kitchen is strategically located to reach as many families as possible, ensuring access to essential nourishment and support. Our work goes beyond food—we’re here to uplift, care, and stand in solidarity with every family we serve. Each meal represents our commitment to dignity, hope, and the enduring spirit of the Palestinian people.“
Thamra
“A Palestinian organization fostering food sovereignty. Working to achieve self-sufficiency and restore our land. Thamra, which means “fruit” in Arabic, was created in 2024 by two Palestinians: farmer Yousef Abu Rabea and photographer Leena Almadhoun. Displaced as a result of the genocide, Yousef managed to hastily collect dry seeds and seedlings before evacuating his family farm. Yousef and his brothers later sowed the seeds and planted the seedlings, eventually allowing them to feed their family and share fresh vegetables with the surrounding community. Understanding self-sufficiency as a path to dignity during a painful time, Thamra supports Palestinians who lack the resources necessary to grow fresh, nourishing food.”
Kholoud Hammad Gaza Risograph Art Prints
“Kholoud Hammad is a Palestinian artist in Gaza who has been repeatedly displaced in northern Gaza with her family throughout this past year, yet continues to make intricate and beautiful artwork about the beauty of Palestine and symbols of Palestinian identity and liberation. All proceeds are donated directly to Kholoud in Gaza.”
